Kylaq SportlineGame

The following Terms and Conditions govern the Kylaq Sportline Game (“Game”) organised by Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. (“SAVWIPL”). By participating in the Game, each Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Participants who do not agree to these Terms and Conditions should not participate in the Game.

Game Duration

The Game will commence on 1 September 2026 and will end at 11:59 PM on 1 October 2026 IST (“Game Duration”). SAVWIPL reserves the right to extend or shorten the Game Duration, subject to applicable law.

Definitions

1. “Game” means the browser-based game titled “Kylaq Sportline Game” organised by SAVWIPL.
2. “Participant” means an eligible individual who participates in the Game during the Game Duration.
3. “Score” means the score recorded by the Game for a Participant during a valid attempt.
4. “Winner/Winners” means the three eligible Participants who achieve the three highest valid Scores during the Game Duration, subject to verification.
5. “Prize” means the prize declared by SAVWIPL for the Winners.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Game is open to Indian citizens residing in India.
2. Employees of SAVWIPL, its affiliates, advertising agencies, executing agencies, auditors, business partners and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
4. Participation in the Game is free of charge. No purchase or payment is required.

Game Participation

1. Participants must access the Game through the designated Game link and provide the required information to participate.
2. Participants can play the Game multiple times during the Game Duration.
3. The highest valid Score achieved by a Participant during the Game Duration will be considered for determining the Winners.
4. Each Participant’s Score will be associated with the mobile number provided during participation.
5. Participants must provide their name and mobile number to participate in the Game and register a score on the official leaderboard.
6. The name entered by the Participant will be displayed on the Game leaderboard along with the Participant’s Score.
7. The leaderboard will be displayed in real time during the Game Duration. All Scores displayed on the leaderboard remain subject to verification by SAVWIPL.

Scoring and Winner Selection

1. The three Participants with the highest valid Scores recorded during the Game Duration will be declared the Winners, subject to verification.
2. In the event of a tie between two or more Participants, the Participant who achieved the relevant Score earlier will rank higher.
3. Only valid Scores recorded by the Game during the Game Duration will be considered.
4. Scores obtained through manipulation, cheating, automated tools, bots, scripts, unauthorised software or any other unfair means will be invalidated.
5. SAVWIPL’s decision regarding the validity of Scores, ranking and declaration of Winners will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
6. Participation in the Game does not guarantee or entitle a Participant to receive a Prize.

Prize

1. Top three winners will win prizes on the leaderboard.
2. Prizes will be provided after verification of the Winner’s eligibility.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, unless otherwise determined by SAVWIPL.
4. SAVWIPL reserves the right to substitute or modify a Prize, subject to applicable law.
5. Any taxes, duties or other charges applicable to a Prize will be borne by the Winner, as applicable under law.

Winner Verification and Contact

1. Winners will be contacted using the mobile number provided during participation.
2. SAVWIPL will request information or documents required to verify the Winner’s identity, age and eligibility and to facilitate Prize fulfilment.
3. Winners must provide the requested information within 7 days of being contacted.
4. If a Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stipulated period or is found to be ineligible, SAVWIPL will select an alternate Winner based on the next highest valid Score.
5. Winners will be announced through Škoda Auto India’s official Instagram channel.
6. The name provided by the Winner during participation will be used for announcing and tagging the Winner on Škoda Auto India’s official Instagram channel.

Personal Information

1. Participants will provide their name and mobile number for participation in the Game.
2. The mobile number will be used solely to identify and contact Winners for the purpose of Winner verification and Prize fulfilment.
3. The name provided by the Participant will be used for displaying the Participant’s Score on the Game leaderboard and for announcing and tagging Winners on Škoda Auto India’s official Instagram channel.
4. The personal information collected in connection with the Game will not be used for any other purpose or for promotional or marketing communications.
5. Personal information collected in connection with the Game will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice / Notice-cum-Consent Form made available to Participants.

Disqualification and Unfair Play

SAVWIPL reserves the right to disqualify a Participant and/or invalidate a Score if the Participant:

• manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Game or Score;
• uses bots, scripts, automated tools, unauthorised software or other unfair means;
• provides false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• attempts to circumvent the Game’s participation or scoring mechanism; or
• violates these Terms and Conditions.

Invalid Scores will be removed from the leaderboard.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Participants are responsible for any internet or data charges incurred while accessing or playing the Game.
2. SAVWIPL is not responsible for interruption, delay, technical failure, connectivity issues, server issues or other technical problems affecting participation or the recording of Scores.
3. If the Game cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, force majeure or other circumstances affecting the fairness, security or integrity of the Game, SAVWIPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Game, subject to applicable law.
4. SAVWIPL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required. Updated Terms and Conditions will be published at the same location as the original Terms and Conditions.
5. The decisions of SAVWIPL regarding the Game, validity of Scores, declaration of Winners and distribution of Prizes will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAVWIPL is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the Game or inability to participate due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.
8. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising in connection with the Game, subject to applicable law.
